Single-varietal wine from Sémillon, ancestral white from Bordeaux. 

An expressive nose of exotic fruits, citrus fruits and toasted sesame. The palate is smooth and delicate, with a lively and mineral finish, revealing the pure limestone soil of Cap De Fer.

The grapes are hand-picked, the wine aged in amphora. All our work accompanies and respects the living.
